Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team in Berlin. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents have a smooth and unforgettable stay. Your area of responsibility will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests are looked after in the best possible way
  • Organizing and coordinating community events, including free and paid events, to foster a sense of community and connection among residents
  • Managing the content of our resident app and marketing community events and our café
  • Supporting residents with coffee specialties, soft drinks, and small snacks
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with our standards and processing tickets in our property management system
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as invoicing
Requirements
  • Professional experience in a field such as the hotel industry, gastronomy, office management, team assistance, event management, or similar
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong sense of reliability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with residents and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
