About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team at theBASE FOL Group GmbH. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and unforgettable experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our community, including check-ins, check-outs, and resident support
  • Organize and execute community events, including free and paid events, to foster a sense of community among residents
  • Manage the content of our resident app, promoting community events and our café
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including coffee and snack sales, and support with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with our standards
  • Support with various administrative tasks, such as invoicing
Requirements
  • Professional experience in a field such as hotel industry, gastronomy, office management, team assistance, event management, or similar
  • Effective task organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong sense of reliability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
