Community Manager Co-Living

As a Community Manager Co-Living, you'll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our community, handling check-ins and check-outs, and being the primary point of contact for any questions or requests. You'll also be responsible for organizing community events, managing the content of our resident app, and promoting our community events and café.

In addition, you'll support our guests with coffee specialties, soft drinks, and small snacks, coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, and process tickets in our property management system.

If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for community building, and a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our community
* Handle check-ins and check-outs
* Be the primary point of contact for any questions or requests
* Organize community events
* Manage the content of our resident app
* Promote community events and café
* Support guests with coffee specialties, soft drinks, and small snacks
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks
* Process tickets in our property management system

**Requirements:**

* Professional experience in a field such as hotel industry, gastronomy, office management, team assistance, event management, or similar
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
* Detail-oriented and reliable
* Passion for community building and social media
