Überblick

Als Venture Builder bei HHLA Next GmbH bist du die treibende Kraft in der Transformation der Logistikbranche. Du definierst und strukturierst strategische Wachstumsinitiativen und Projekte zur Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle. Von der Potentialanalyse über die Ausgestaltung des konkreten Geschäftsmodells mit Budgetverantwortung bis hin zur Ausgründung bist du verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung der Projekte.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Starte dein eigenes Venture von der Geschäftsmodelldefinition bis zum Organisationsaufbau
  • Analyse und Bewertung neuer Geschäftsmodelle auf Tragfähigkeit unter Berücksichtigung von unternehmerischen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten sowie Marktfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung, Strukturierung und Leitung potenziell strategischer Projekte und zukünftiger Ventures
  • Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen für Geschäftsführungen und Konzernvorstände inklusive Pitch-Decks
  • Aktives Monitoring des Marktes und Ableitung möglicher Einsatzfelder relevanter Technologien zusammen mit dem Research-Bereich
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Innovations- oder Digital Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Geschäftsfeldentwicklung in den Funktionen Projekt- oder Produktmanagement
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen und idealerweise nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Logistikindustrie
  • Hands-On Mentalität bei der Umsetzung deines Ventures und Freude an der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Offenheit für unkonventionelle Herangehensweisen sowie Flexibilität im Umgang mit sich verändernden Anforderungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
