Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Venture Builder, der unsere Vision für den intermodalen Schienengüterverkehr verwirklichen möchte. Als Teil des HHLA Next Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Skalierung unseres Ventures spielen.
Deine Aufgaben- Strategische Planung und Umsetzung des Ventures
- Pilotierung der Plattform bei neuen Kunden und Ausgründung des Ventures
- Onboarding und Führung eines motivierten Teams
- Kundenbetreuung und Plattformentwicklung
- Finanzplanung und -kontrolle
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Erfahrung in unternehmerischer Verantwortung, idealerweise als Gründer oder in leitender Position
- Kenntnisse im Intermodalverkehr oder Schienengüterverkehr
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Attraktives Vergütungsmodell und Anteile am Unternehmen
- Möglichkeit, in einem engagierten Umfeld ein großes Potenzial im Intermodalverkehr zu heben
