Join Our Team as a Venture Builder

At HHLA Next GmbH, we're shaping the future of logistics through innovation and digitalization. As a Venture Builder, you'll be the driving force behind our transformation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and structure strategic growth initiatives and projects to create new business models.
  • Analyze and evaluate new business models for their feasibility, taking into account entrepreneurial and economic aspects as well as market viability.
  • Independently develop, structure, and lead potentially strategic projects and future ventures.
  • Prepare decision-making documents for management and supervisory boards, including pitch decks.
  • Actively monitor the market and derive potential application fields for relevant technologies in collaboration with the research department.
Your Profile
  • Master's degree in business administration, economics, innovation management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in business field development in project or product management roles.
  • Sound experience in developing business models and, ideally, in the logistics industry.
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for direct collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation, openness to unconventional approaches, and flexibility in handling changing requirements.
  • Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
