About Around Ventures

Around Ventures is a young early-stage venture builder based in Hamburg, Germany. We are a small and dedicated team that supports startups and corporates in the venture building process.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Venture Builder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the ideation process, evaluating ideas, markets, and competition, and teaming up with internal or external experts to get first customer/market feedback and iterate ideas to product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support projects from research during ideation to scaling operations in growth mode
  • Visualize findings in an understandable/actionable way (presentation, mind map, etc.)
  • Handle multiple projects at once
Requirements
  • First work experience in a related area (consulting, startup, fundraising) is appreciated
  • Comfortable building presentations and business cases
  • Not afraid of bold decisions
  • Technical understanding is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of German and English language
