Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at ELANTAS Europe GmbH. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising contract management topics, with a focus on the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and supervision of contract management topics with focus on the automotive sector
  • Closely supporting our sales function in legal aspects and contract negotiation
  • Tracking and ensuring adherence to the contract management process
  • Management of automotive platforms
  • Cooperation with internal functions like sales, customer service, product, and quality management as well as supply chain
  • Preparation and execution of audits
  • KPI reporting and statistic handling

Requirements

  • Several years of business experience, ideally within the chemical and/or automotive industry
  • Legal knowledge and expertise in international contract law
  • IATF knowledge and audit experience is a plus
  • Practical experience in SAP
  • Project management experience in an international context
  • Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to win people over, create a long-lasting network, and lead without formal power
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Proactive management style
