Job Summary

Nordex Group is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our contracts with customers, providing contractual guidance to project teams, and identifying potential disruptions to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze contracts with customers to ensure compliance and identify potential risks
  • Provide contractual guidance to project teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify and mitigate potential disruptions to contracts, including additional costs or delays
  • Participate in the development of contracts management best practices and tools
  • Advise project teams on liabilities and risks associated with contract disruptions
  • Support commercial project managers in assessing claims and drafting notices
  • Analyze and report claims, communicating lessons learned within the company

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, law, engineering, or similar field
  • Practical experience in contracts and/or claims management
  • Experience in the wind industry and/or with FIDIC contracts is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, and organized
  • Excellent communication and redaction skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German (minimum level C1)
