About the Role
Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality customer experience and professional contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service team in interpreting contracts, providing summaries, and reviewing incoming communications from customers and contractors.
- Coordinate the evaluation and resolution of claims with other departments.
- Negotiate and draft settlement agreements to optimize the resolution of disputes under relevant contracts.
- Work closely with the Vestas Legal department to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated contract and claims management experience with in-depth knowledge of preparing claim correspondence.
- Significant experience in wind or heavy construction industries, ideally as a contract & claims manager.
- Commercial awareness and acumen.
- Broad knowledge of the types and structure of contracts in the construction and energy industries.
