Product Maintenance Specialist

As a Product Maintenance Specialist at CYBEX GMBH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage maintenance projects related to products in production.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Define work packages, allocate responsibilities, and set timelines for small-scale projects.
- Facilitate communication between departments, external suppliers, and partners, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to your supervisor, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.
- Create and maintain key product documentation, including Bills of Material (BOM) and Production Guidelines.
- Assist the technical change team with budget monitoring, process management, and administrative tasks.
- Oversee and execute small technical changes to ensure product updates are efficiently implemented.
- Ensure all necessary product documentation and data for key accounts is up-to-date, available, and uploaded to the relevant platforms.
Your Qualifications:
- SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A COMMERCIAL APPRENTICESHIP OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION.
- OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS NEW TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT, WITH A KEEN INTEREST IN ORGANIZING AND DRIVING CHANGE INITIATIVES.
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE MANDATORY, EXPERIENCE WITH SAP/ERP SYSTEMS IS A PLUS.
- EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL ABILITIES WITH A TALENT FOR MANAGING MULTIPLE TASKS AND PRIORITIES.
- FLUENT IN BUSINESS ENGLISH, BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN.
- A TECHNICAL BACKGROUND OR UNDERSTANDING IS ADVANTAGEOUS FOR MANAGING PRODUCT CHANGES AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION.
