Role Overview

TripActions is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting our DACH Region by creatively prospecting and proactively reaching out to new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow our customer base through targeted outreach efforts, including emails and calls
  • Collaborate with our account executive team to generate meetings and sales pipeline
  • Develop and prioritize target account and contact lists
  • Build relationships with executives in assigned accounts through high-level conversations
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of prior outbound sales experience post-graduation
  • Strong experience in cold prospecting
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and addresses needs
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with others
  • Minimum C1 level German language proficiency
