About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Excellence Manager to join our team at Flaconi GmbH. As a key member of our Operations Excellence team, you will drive business and process excellence across departments, building and leading cross-functional project teams to improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data analysis and project management skills
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize, plan, and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring effective project control and risk management
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including technology teams and product managers, to drive innovation and growth
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and evaluations to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, operations excellence, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Experience with data analysis and proficient Excel skills, with SQL knowledge a plus
  • Fluent German and excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams
  • Willingness to travel for specific projects, as required
