Senior Operations Excellence Manager

Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Excellence Manager to join our team at Flaconi GmbH. As a key member of our Operations Excellence team, you will play a central role in driving business and process excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the company.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with senior functions to identify and prioritize business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the technology team and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support Flaconi's scalable growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Extensive project management and leadership experience, ideally in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and stakeholders with project goals.
- Academic background in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or Technology.
- Experience with data analysis and proficient Excel skills, with SQL knowledge a plus.
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills.
