Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead Sales DEM für unsere E.ON Energy Markets GmbH in Essen und München.

Als Team Lead Sales DEM bist du verantwortlich für das Führen des DEM Sales Teams und die operative Steuerung der Key Account Managers (KAMs) und der Sales Support Funktionen. Du planst und führst Vertriebskampagnen durch und setzt alle operativen Maßnahmen um, die mit Kundenkontakten zusammenhängen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Das Führen des DEM Sales Teams und die operative Steuerung der KAMs und der Sales Support Funktionen.
  • Die Planung und Durchführung von Vertriebskampagnen und die Umsetzung von operativen Maßnahmen, die mit Kundenkontakten zusammenhängen.
  • Die Entwicklung der Produktpalette weiter, um den Bedürfnissen der Kunden gerecht zu werden und den Vertriebserfolg zu steigern.
  • Das Ausbauen des bestehenden Kunden- und Vertragsportfolios, indem du neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizierst und bestehende Kundenbeziehungen stärkst.
  • Die Aufbau von Vertriebspartnerschaften innerhalb des Konzerns und mit externen Partnern, um das Vertriebsnetzwerk zu erweitern und neue Absatzmöglichkeiten zu erschließen.
  • Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie, um den sich ändernden Marktbedingungen gerecht zu werden und den Vertriebserfolg langfristig zu sichern.

Dein Profil:

Wir suchen nach einer erfahrenen Führungskraft im B2B Commodity- oder Commodity nahen Geschäft mit umfangreichen Kenntnissen im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien und der Dezentralen Erzeugung. Du solltest ein gutes Verständnis des Energiemarktes haben, insbesondere in Bezug auf Termin- und Kurzfristmärkte, und ein stark ausgeprägtes kommerzielles Mindset besitzen.
