About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at B&O Service Baden-Württemberg GmbH. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and manage customer complaints and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
