Job Title: Medical Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at Klinikverbund Südwest. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the head physician and ensuring the smooth operation of our ambulatory care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and conduct medical appointments and hospital admissions for the head physician, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and healthcare providers.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for medical appointments, including registering patients, maintaining patient records, and handling documentation requests.
• Medical Reporting: Compose medical reports, evaluations, and other correspondence as necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Emergency Room Support: Support emergency room administration and assist the head physician as needed, providing critical support during high-pressure situations.
• Training and Certification: Possess completed training as a Medical Assistant and have knowledge of occupational health procedures.
• Technical Skills: Be proficient in computer skills and experience with medical information systems, including medical billing procedures.
• Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a positive and friendly demeanor, with a professional attitude and respectful communication with patients and colleagues.
