Job Summary

We are seeking a commercially focused and dynamic leader to head up a channel, energize a team, and craft future Omni-Channel B2B Sales in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive ongoing strategic development of our Omni-Channel Retailer landscape, including Drug Stores, Grocery, Hypers, Discount, and Department Stores.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Channel against sales and profitability objectives, providing channel inputs into the annual business and channel strategy planning.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals covering different levels and upskill their overall competence.
  • Lead the strategic joint business agenda with customers, developing annual business plans, and develop better quality of relationships.
  • Facilitate integration between key retailers, licensing partners, and internal partners to drive effective and constructive collaboration.
  • Act as an active member and strategic contributor to the Leadership Team.
Requirements
  • Strong FMCG background in commercial front-line roles, including E-Commerce Retail.
  • Proven team leadership experience developing others in an agile business environment.
  • Extensive experience in driving commercial planning and management, value-based selling, mutual revenue and profit growth, consistent brand execution, and joint business planning.
  • A track record in partner management and project management in international companies.
  • Significant exposure to owning and managing a P&L and the negotiations that go with it.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to drive a story line from the data.
