As a key member of our Threat Management & Intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of cyber security at METRO AG. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to own and drive the global incident response process, ensuring swift and effective response to cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a robust incident response process across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure adherence to the process
  • Act as a liaison between IT, infosec, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Lead incident response efforts for major incidents and serve as technical lead in case of a cyber crisis
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on incident response
  • Hands-on experience in incident response, such as in a CERT, CSIRT, or as L3 in a SOC
  • Knowledge of strategic incident response design and process implementation
