Vinted's Business Continuity Management
As a Business Continuity Manager at Vinted, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the company's business continuity management (BCM) strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving resilience programs across the organization, ensuring the continuity of critical business functions in the face of disruptions and crises.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Vinted's BCM framework, including business impact analysis, continuity and disaster recovery plans, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between BCM activities and organizational goals.
- Lead a team of Business Continuity experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of BCM strategies.
- Evaluate potential crisis scenarios, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and other emergencies, to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and execute regular testing schedules for business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Prepare detailed reports on the status of the BCM program, crisis management activities, and incident response outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business continuity management, crisis management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage crisis situations effectively.
- Knowledge of business continuity frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 22301) is an advantage.
- Professional certifications, such as CBCI and CBCP, are an advantage.
- Familiarity with information security and risk management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent results while managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

- A competitive salary range of €96,000 - €120,000 gross per year.
