Our Business Continuity Management (BCM) Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to lead our BCM team and develop a comprehensive strategy to ensure the resilience of our organization. As a key member of our Security & Privacy Governance Domain, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our BCM framework, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading a team of Business Continuity experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our BCM framework to prepare for challenges and potential crisis situations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain business continuity documentation, including business impact analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and risk assessments
- Lead a team of Business Continuity experts and provide guidance on BCM best practices
- Evaluate potential crisis scenarios, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and other emergencies
- Ensure proper implementation of selected business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between BCM activities and organizational goals
- Develop and execute regular testing schedules for business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Prepare detailed reports on the status of the BCM program, crisis management activities, and incident response outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business continuity management, crisis management, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead and manage crisis situations effectively
- Knowledge of business continuity frameworks (like ISO/IEC 22301) is an advantage
- Professional certifications, like CBCI and CBCP, are an advantage
- Familiarity with information security and risk management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams
- Proven ability to deliver consistent results while managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
