About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager to join our team at CompuGroup Medical, a leading player in the e-health sector. As a Business Continuity Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our business continuity and risk management strategies, ensuring seamless operations, and upholding our commitments to customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Management Framework, including central processes and guidelines.
- Steer company-wide business impact and protection requirements analysis, risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing.
- Consult and support organizational units in all matters related to business continuity and resilience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business continuity management, risk management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of business continuity principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, NIST SP).
- Experience in designing and implementing resilience measures across diverse and large-scale business environments.
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with German highly desired.
