Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Lead to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving results-driven initiatives. You will be an exceptional communicator, able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver outstanding results
- Experience working in a matrix management function
- Previous experience in an Inside Sales environment, preferably in a regulated one
- Fluent in English and German
