Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Marketing Lead to join our international team. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for co-shaping our marketing strategy to become the leading software and price data provider in the metals and mining industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing marketing activities end-to-end from idea to publication to generate inbound leads and demand for our solutions
  • Conceptualizing and realizing internal events such as our Metalshub Summit and organizing our participation in industry events and conferences
  • Building up demand generation at Metalshub and taking ownership of growth targets
  • Executing Account Based Marketing with customer-tailored content to support our sales team and advance deals along the pipeline
  • Managing our online channels such as our websites and social media (especially LinkedIn) including campaigns and analytics
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a start-up environment or software company
  • Proficiency in supporting lead generation with targeted account based marketing (SEO, email, LinkedIn & more)
  • Experience in orchestrating demand generation with Hubspot or similar software desirable, but not a must have
  • A highly driven and hands-on approach with ambition and commitment to take ownership
  • Aspiration to gain in-depth industry and product knowledge in the metals and mining industry
  • A creative mind paired with an analytical and data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to approach potential partners and build strong relationships with clients
  • Impeccable language skills in English – both written and spoken
