Job Title: Brand Communication Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Communication Manager to join our team at Berner Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand communication strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage and maintain the company's digital asset management system
  • Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform future strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing communication and brand management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good English skills (B2/C1 Level)
