As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand compliant centralized group communication guidelines, as well as supporting and consulting central/local teams in brand related topics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Governance of CD compliance throughout global BOT organization
* Develop, create, adapt and implement brand compliant centralized group communication guidelines
* Develop and implement internal and external brand communication activities
* Support & consult central/local teams in brand related topics including tools and processes for harmonized execution
* Conceptualize, develop and approve all brand merchandise (promo articles, fashion catalogue)
* Ensure that all marketing material provided is in line with brand guidelines (Campaign/Content Management)
* Govern the digital asset management and brand hub (Graphic hub, Content Management)
* Support consistent brand roll-out throughout global BOT organization (brand, workstreams)
