Marketing Communications Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Communication Specialist to join our team at Berner Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand compliant centralized group communication guidelines, as well as supporting and consulting central/local teams in brand-related topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand compliant centralized group communication guidelines
  • Support and consult central/local teams in brand-related topics, including tools and processes for harmonized execution
  • Conceptualize, develop, and approve all brand merchandise (promotional articles, fashion catalogues)
  • Ensure that all marketing material provided is in line with brand guidelines (Campaign/Content Management)
  • Govern the digital asset management and brand hub (Graphic hub, Content Management)
  • Support consistent brand roll-out throughout global Berner Group organization (brand, workstreams)

Requirements

  • Proven advanced experience in marketing communication
  • Project management experience in matrix organizations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on a project basis
  • Creative skills, results-oriented, pragmatic
  • Effective communication and networking skills
  • Team player with hands-on mentality
  • Good English skills (B2/C1 Level)
