Job Title: Brand Communication Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Communication Manager to join our team at Berner Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand compliant communication strategies across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement brand communication campaigns
  • Manage and maintain our digital asset management system and brand hub
  • Support the development of brand merchandise and promotional materials
  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing communication and project management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Good English skills (B2/C1 Level)
