Customer Service Expertise

As a Front Office Supervisor at A-ROSA Kreuzfahrten, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes managing the reception area, handling passenger inquiries, and ensuring a smooth boarding and disembarkation process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, including handling passenger inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate with the Hotel Manager to ensure a smooth boarding and disembarkation process
  • Responsible for daily checks of passenger and crew lists, issuing departure notices, and operating the security system
  • Manage and monitor subordinate staff, including drawing up duty rosters and conducting appraisal interviews
  • Administer the Fidelio and MICROS systems, including maintaining the on-board computer system and setting up staff in the systems
  • Perform accounting tasks, including maintaining the reception cash book and checking/reviewing the reception cash register and accounts

Your Profile

  • Successful completion of vocational training in the hotel industry and/or course of specialized study
  • At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of Fidelio Cruise and Micros POS systems desirable
  • PC skills including Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, other languages desirable
