Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets for product launches, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to guarantee seamless execution and effective communication.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, leveraging market research and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns, focusing on brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Implement new processes and project management tools to enhance efficiency and productivity, streamlining workflows and reducing administrative burdens.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Project Management Commerce to ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the luxury consumer goods sector, with a proven track record of successfully launching products with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and analytical individual, with a strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
