Product Manager Child Safety

About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our child seat product group. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth in this critical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product launch strategies for new international products, ensuring timely and successful market introduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, Design, and Marketing, to drive product development and improvement.
- Identify market trends, competition, and technology advancements, and evaluate opportunities for new projects and product enhancements.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with our Project Management team to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
Requirements:
- Proven degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, or a business degree with a strong technical background.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the B2C sector of a consumer goods manufacturer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High degree of ownership and accountability for product development and launch.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
