Project Manager Go-To-Market Specialist

About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target market expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional campaigns to drive commercial success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director Project Management Commerce to drive day-to-day operations and implement new standard processes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully launching products in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the luxury consumer goods sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent communication in both English and German.
