- Identify consumer requirements and specifications, and implement them into the organization through effective product development and management.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities through market research to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Act as a Home Furniture category owner, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Procurement to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Regularly review the Home Furniture product line's performance, focusing on sales volume, margin, quality, and market positioning to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor the commercial success of the Home Furniture product portfolio and proactively implement interventions to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in industrial design, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Possess several years of professional experience as a product manager in an international environment, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in managing a global product portfolio and a solid understanding of technical and commercial aspects of product development.
- Exhibit a passion for lifestyle and design.
- Be able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Employ a structured and analytical approach to work, paired with a hands-on mentality.
- Fluently speak English, with German being a desirable additional language skill.
