{"h2": "Contracting Officer Representative", "p": "As a Contracting Officer Representative, you will serve as the lead contracting officer's representative over a team of three or more CORs and/or Contract Control/Compliance Inspectors. You will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and determining whether the contractor's performance is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract specifications. You will also be responsible for notifying the Contracting Officer of violations of labor standard provisions, work, and documents that do not comply with contract requirements.

Your duties will include maintaining effective surveillance of the contract for compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and initiating changes in surveillance methods. You will work closely with CORs and Inspectors evaluating monthly data on a quantitative and qualitative basis and submitting findings to the Contracting Officer on a monthly basis.

You will also be responsible for maintaining contract files, electronically in WAWF and/or paper, from development, pre-award, post-award, termination or closure, and all other pertinent contract data. You will conduct meetings with the Contracting Office, contractor Management, and involved CORs and assistants to solve existing issues and discuss possible upcoming issues based on the respective situations.

Additionally, you will guarantee the availability of sufficient funds during the duration of the contract/Task Order/Delivery Order and coordinate necessary modifications with the Ordering Officer and/or the Contracting Officer. You will maintain all appropriate training requirements and accounts for all programs necessary.

You will also serve as a team leader over three or more CORs and/or Contract Control/Compliance Inspectors responsible for performing various administrative and quasi-supervisory functions relative to the personnel assigned to the team. You will participate in the work of the team, coach and facilitate the selection and apply problem-solving techniques or work methods, and assist the team in identifying solutions and organizing the accomplishment of the work.

You will monitor and report on the status and progress of work, check work in progress and upon completion for quality, adherence to instructions, and to ensure objectives are met. You will specifically be responsible for assigning work to team members based on priorities jointly established by you and the Chief. You will review team members' work for technical quality and make recommendations to the supervisor on subordinates' quality of performance.

You will provide advice, counsel, or instructions to individual employees on technical work matters, provide On-the-Job Training, and identify and recommend concerned employee training needs. You will represent the team in dealing with the supervisor in obtaining supplies, needed information, or decisions on work problems or issues that arise. You will report to the supervisor periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, and progress in team building.

You will coordinate annual leave for short periods of time, resolve simple informal employee complaints, refer more serious or group complaints to the Chief, and make recommendations and provide any necessary data to the supervisor concerning employee promotions, reassignments, recognition, and other personnel needs.

You will work closely together with internal Branch Admin Section and act as alternate Branch Chief if appointed. You will coordinate consolidated contracts and connect different facilities.
