Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Software Engineering and Technical Leadership to join our team at Rebel Recruiting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our software development team and driving technical excellence.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of software engineers and architects to design, develop, and deploy modern cloud-based applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical strategies to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in cloud computing, DevOps, and microservices.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex software projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
