iks Engineering GmbH is seeking a talented Software and Automation Engineer to join our team of dedicated professionals. We specialize in providing high-quality engineering services to leading companies across various industries, including mechanical engineering, automotive technology, and alternative energies.

As a Software and Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that involve visualization software (HMI) for nitriding and coating plants, contributing to the advancement of innovative technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain visualization software (HMI) for nitriding and coating plants.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Assist with customer training on our software solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Proven expertise in programming languages such as Visual Studio, C#, and databases.
  • Strong understanding of automation technology, particularly TwinCAT3.
  • Proficiency in common Office programs.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 5%).
