About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the air and sea freight product areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the air and sea freight product areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with a strong understanding of air and sea freight products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Fluent business-level language skills in German and English.
  • Class B driving license.
