Position: Verkaufsmitarbeiter (Sales Representative)

Unsere Aufgaben:
Wir suchen Dich zur Verstärkung unseres Sales-Teams für den Standort Berlin als Verkäufer (d/w/m) Außendienst (Sales Representative).
Deine Aufgaben:
- Neukundengewinnung in den Dir zugeteilten Postleitzahlenbereichen, primär ist dies eine Kaltakquise via Telefon und persönlichen Kundenbesuche.
- Verhandlung der Verträge mit den Neukunden und Betreuung dieser für einen definierten Zeitraum zum Beginn der Geschäftsbeziehung.
- Erstellung der Verträge und Sorge für die korrekte Erfassung dieser in Salesforce.
- Netzwerk aufbauen, um Neugeschäft zu generieren.
- Monatliche Umsatzziele erreichen und übertreffen.
- Gelegentlich über unsere Website oder Anrufe generierte Leads bearbeiten.
- Akquise- und Verkaufstätigkeiten regelmäßig in Salesforce protokolieren.
- Regelmäßiger Kontakt und Austausch mit Deinen Kollegen im Sales-Team und den anderen Fachabteilungen.
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Erfahrung im Verkaufsaußendienst oder Bereitschaft, sich in dieses neue Aufgabenfeld unter Anleitung einzufinden.
- Kenntnisse in Salesforce oder Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Systemlandschaften einzuarbeiten.
- Prozesse einhalten und Kundenzufriedenheit als Leidenschaft.
- Führerschein Klasse B.
