The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in executing our wholesale and retail sales strategy, building relationships with independent bike retailers, and qualifying opportunities to stock our beautifully designed bikes.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a list of prospective independent bike retail partners in the Frankfurt area, Germany.
- Prospect independent bike retailers to stock our bikes using cold calling, email prospecting, and physical store visits. Qualify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at our prospective partners. Overcome objections and confidently face challenges and requests from our prospective partners.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Proven track record of outstanding sales performance with 3-5 years of field sales experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English and German.
- Can-do and will-do attitude.
- Driven, great communicator, and gifted relationship-builder.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for cycling and e-mobility.
- Dynamic, driven, and hands-on sales associate.
- Highly competitive package with a clear and open salary structure.
