We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Representative to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the DACH region.

About the Role

As a Regional Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with customers and partners to promote our Oral-B and Blend-a-Dent brands. Your primary objective will be to increase sales and market share, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide product training and support to customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university business degree with strong results (Bachelor/Masters)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the dental or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • A valid driver's license
