About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in our key accounts.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
  • Closely monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Significant related sales or engineering experience; automotive industry experience a plus.
  • German and English proficiency required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
