About the Role:
- We are looking for a Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in our key accounts.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
- Closely monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Significant related sales or engineering experience; automotive industry experience a plus.
- German and English proficiency required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
