Logistics & Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

Für unseren Standort Ludwigsburg suchen wir einen erfahrenen und engagierten Logistics & Planning Specialist, der die Verantwortung im Bereich Materialbedarfsplanung sowie Warenein- und -ausgang übernimmt. Hauptaufgaben

Planung und Logistik:

  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle des Materialflusses im Unternehmen
  • Überwachung und Aktualisierung der MRP-Systeme zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Materialversorgung
  • Bestandsüberwachnung ggfs. Banf-Auslösung in SAP
  • Auftragsabwicklung in SAP (Terminaufträge, Prototypen Versand auf Musteraufträge)
  • Versand- und Rechnungsdokumente erstellen und prüfen (B/L, AWB,…)
  • Zollanmeldungen im SAP/GTS (Atlas)
  • Sendungen via entsprechendem Logistikdienstleister Portal anmelden
  • Analyse von Bestands- und Lieferdaten zur Verbesserung der Materialverwaltung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Marketing, Sales und Engineering
  • Individuelle Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden, Lieferanten/Speditionen und externen Dienstleistern/Lagern
  • Operative Durchführung und Begleitung der logistischen und administrativen Prozesse
  • Koordination und Kontrolle von Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsprozessen
  • Sendungen/Ware verpacken, inkl. Auswahl geeignetes Verpackungsmaterial und für Versand bereitstellen
  • Archivierung/Verwaltung der Versanddokumente
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards in den Lager- und Logistikprozessen
  • Inventur (permanente, Cycle Counting, Stichtagsinventur)
  • Bedienung von Flurförderfahrzeugen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in MRP-Systemen
  • Verständnis für Lagerorganisation und des Materialflusses sowie Kenntnisse der entsprechenden Software-Tools
  • gute SAP/ERP-System Kenntnisse, MIGO, gute EDV-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsstärke über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg, hohe Analysefähigkeit sowie Problemlösungskompetenz und eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Berechtigung zum Führen eines Gabelstaplers
  • PKW-Führerschein
