About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Campaigns and Operations at SongPush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our campaign department and overseeing the execution of our creator and paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for key account and campaign management
    • Oversee the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, from onboarding to reporting
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts to drive client satisfaction and retention
    • Understand client needs and objectives to provide guidance and consultation for campaign solutions
  • Creative Operations
    • Lead the creative process for campaign ideation, including developing briefings and concepts
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right priorities in the sourcing, acquisition, and communication with creator supply
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Support hiring efforts for the campaign team
    • Future: Lead and mentor a team of campaign managers, paid media managers, and automation managers
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in managing marketing or creator campaigns, preferably within a digital or creator/influencer marketing environment
    • Strong background in customer management and key account management
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
    • Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing campaigns using data and analytics tools
    • Enthusiasm for tech products and platforms
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
