IT Service Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of high-quality IT services to our global clients
  • Collaborate with the Service Management team to establish and maintain efficient processes
  • Provide first- and second-level support, as well as lead local client and infrastructure change activities
  • Ensure seamless connectivity between local production and manufacturing environments
  • Contribute to the development of our IT Service Catalogue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
  • Ensure that all services are delivered to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies are followed and that effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery are in place
  • Understand and apply Incident, Problem, and Change Management principles

Experience / Skills

  • 3 years of experience in Information Technology
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Client Service Team and/or Service Desk
  • Experience in Service Management and/or ITIL principles
  • Experience with Service Management tools, preferably Service NOW
  • Experience with Microsoft Client/Server infrastructures
  • Proficient in Microsoft operating systems (Win 7, 10, 11)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic application/software support, including SAP GUI client, browser, VPN client, backup, etc.
  • Focused on delivering high user satisfaction
  • Experience working in virtual/distributed teams
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with colleagues from other locations
  • Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution
  • Experience in the Automotive (Production/Manufacturing IT) environment is a plus
  • Proficient in German, basic English, and other European languages is a plus
