Our Pfister capital feeders play a crucial role in this mission, and we are seeking a highly skilled Market Segment Development Manager to join our team.

About the role

As a Market Segment Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that targets adjacent markets with a focus on green innovations. Your primary goal will be to increase sales of our Pfister capital feeders in these markets, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy for adjacent markets, with a focus on green innovations.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  6. Travel to client sites and industry events to represent our company and build business relationships.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical education (Engineer or technician) and commercial experience for contract negotiations.
