Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Tax Compliance Manager, der unsere weltweiten Tax-Compliance-Management-Systeme betreut und kontinuierlich verbessert.

  • Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des weltweiten Tax-Compliance-Management-Systems
  • Überwachung des komplexen steuerlichen Umfelds und proaktive/ selbstständige Entwicklung/ Umsetzung entsprechender risikomindernder Maßnahmen und Kontrollen
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse steuerrelevanter Prozesse und Systeme sowie Steuerung von Abhilfemaßnahmen wie die Entwicklung von Richtlinien, Handbüchern und Kontrollen inkl. der selbständigen Durchführung von Kontrollen zur Sicherstellung der steuerlichen Compliance
  • Beratung und Schulung von Business & Process Ownern in Bezug auf steuerliche Anforderungen, Vorschriften und risikomindernde Maßnahmen zu steuerlichen Themen
  • Präsentation der Ergebnisse vor der Geschäftsleitung und den zuständigen Gremien (Compliance-Kommunikation)
  • Unterstützung der globalen Steuerorganisation beim Steuerrisiko- und Prüfungsmanagement sowie Erarbeitung von Verfahrensdokumentationen
  • Übernahme von anspruchsvollen Projekten wie die Gestaltung eines effektiven Datenmanagements der Steuerabteilung
  • Betreuung und Beratung rund um die Nutzung innovativer Tools und Tax-Technologien zur Unterstützung von Tax-Compliance- & Reporting-Prozessen
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Tax Compliance Manager mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder Diplom-Finanzwirt m|w|d ergänzt um das Steuerberater-Examen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung innerhalb einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise als Kombination aus Beratung und Industrie
  • Expertise im Tax Compliance Management
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz, Übernahme von Verantwortung und engagiertes, sorgfältiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
  • Praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise und gutes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
