Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Inspector in Incoming Goods to join our Logistics & Goods Incoming Inspection department at our Oberkochen site.

Your Tasks:

  • Process incoming goods inspection lots in accordance with inspection plans and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and execute quality control measures to verify product quality.
  • Document inspection results and prepare quality reports to track progress.
  • Develop and control verification documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise the defect management process to minimize errors and optimize quality.
  • Process customer deliveries of spare parts as part of the PQ/ZtQ acceptance process.
  • Participate in optimizing test processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate on Q-tables (Q2/Q3 reports) to analyze quality data.
  • Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide training to employees on quality standards and procedures related to incoming goods.

    Your Profile:

    • Technical vocational training with further training as a quality specialist.
    • Several years of professional experience in industrial production in a quality environment.
    • Experience in applying problem-solving methods to resolve quality issues.
    • Experience in SAP/R3 (MM, PP, QM) to manage quality data.
    • Good knowledge of optics, electronics, and mechanics is advantageous.
    • Confident handling of MS Office to create reports and documents.
    • Independent and systematic work approach with a high degree of initiative.
    • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to reach consensus.
    • Very good knowledge of German and English.
