About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to join our team in Oberkochen. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our facilities are safe, efficient, and meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance and repair of facilities, including scheduling and coordinating with contractors and vendors
- Develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

To be successful in this role, you will need:
