Knauf, a global leader in building materials, is seeking a visionary Digital Manufacturing Manager to drive innovation and efficiency across our operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of manufacturing by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for digital transformation, aligning with Knauf's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement data models that autonomously optimize production lines, leveraging AI and machine learning techniques.
  • Lead the development of globally aligned specifications, working closely with operators, middle management, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Present clear results and propose business solutions to drive continuous improvement, collaborating effectively with Business and IT teams.
Requirements:
  • Engineer with additional education in industrial management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convince stakeholders to work within aligned standards.
  • Able to understand complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Capable of supporting advanced automation and data science teams with minimal travel.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating high team spirit and a proactive approach.
