Jobbeschreibung:
Als Incident Manager bei imc AG unterstützt Du unsere Kunden bei technischen Störungen in der digitalen Bildung. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Analyse und Behebung von Incidents, die Koordination von Maßnahmen zwischen Service Desk, Hosting und Software-Entwicklung sowie die Unterstützung des Service Desk Teams bei fachlichen Fragen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Betreuung unserer Kunden bei technischen Störungen
- Bearbeitung, Priorisierung, Klassifizierung, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Incidents in unserem Ticketsystem
- Durchführung von Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen
- Koordination der Maßnahmen zur Analyse und Behebung von Incidents
- Unterstützung des Service Desk Teams bei fachlichen Fragen
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ Studium im Bereich IT oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Supporterfahrung im IT-Umfeld, sowie Kenntnisse in der Log- und Fehleranalyse von Webapplikationen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Java
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
